Rental Policies for Cooley’s Equipment

Identification
A valid driver’s license and phone number are required.

Insurance
Customer is completely responsible for rented items after they leave our yard until they are returned. Customers must provide rental insurance.

Credit
All rentals are paid in advance with the exception of established commercial accounts. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover cards.

Delivery
Delivery available upon request subject to schedule. Please contact us to inquire about delivery rate.

Rates
1 Day = 24 Hours; 1 Week = 7 consecutive days; 1 Month = 30 consecutive days.

Fuel
Equipment is sent out full of fuel; you are responsible for all fuel used. A fuel deposit is charged which is refunded to you if machine returns full of fuel.

Damages
You are responsible for any damage caused from misuse, abuse, or loss of equipment.

Metered Equipment
Rental charges are based on 10 hours of use during a 24-Hour period. Extra charges will be assessed on hours over 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, or 200 hours per month.

Tires
The customer is responsible for all tire damage or flats. If we are called for on-site repair we will charge our shop rate.

Cleaning Fees
Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty.
